The firm Architecta d. o. o. was established in 1989 by Mr. Nebojša Vranešič as its head and owner.

 

The firm’s working areas include engineering and design, preparation of architectural plans, structural maps and exterior design solutions.Since 1989 it has obtained more than 300 building permits for residential, business, tourist and industrial premises. Architecta has prepared plans and won numerous awards for its competition elaborates. It involves a team of architects and other linked seasoned professionals (structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, conservators, ...) and as such it comprehensively covers all stages of construction from design to the finishing works.

 

The firm deals with the administrative as well as the urbanistic part of a project when acquiring the building permit. As a representative of the client it gathers the necessary consents from municipal organisations and arranges the coordination between the municipal offices for city planning and administrative units. It stays involved up until the point of obtaining of all the necessary permits. Architecta offers technical support over the drawing up and examination of tenders, consultation when signing the contracts for the execution of the works.and professional, technical and financial supervision of the various parts of the
building process (construction, structural engineering, machine, electrical installations etc.). It executes the take-over of the finished project and organises a technical inspection, obtaining both the certificate of occupancy and when necessary the operating licence. The firm Architecta is certified for the issue of energy performance certificates.
